Abstract:

In '10 Top Tips’ for successful mobile solution design, Nancy attempts to summarize 10 years of working with digital media for museums and arts organizations alongside best practice captured by other leaders in the field during the workshop for panelists that preceeded the conference. She also suggests ways in which industry vendors can most productively collaborate with and support museums in their interpretation needs as the changing consumer technology landscape means that both museums and vendors are losing their monopoly over interpretation on-site and online.
